Off With Their Heads is a band I’m sort of in. Here’s what I mean by “sort of”: I’ve played bass on all of the albums and (most of) the 7″s, but I never tour with them. Reason being, they tour about 11 months out of the year, and I can’t swing that. They’re definitely the hardest working band I know, so I feel bad saying I’m “in” the band when they’re out there busting their asses on the road all year while I’m, like, making a blog post or whatever the hell it is I’m doing right now. So: I’m sort of the band.
Because I’m only sort of in the band, I can get away with saying that they’re a super super awesome band and you should check them out post-haste. Start by listening to the song Clear The Air, from the most recent album In Desolation, below. OWTH is currently on Epitaph Records, who released In Desolation. Before that we released an EP on Recess Records, a full length and a compilation on No Idea Records, and a whole slew of 7″ records on a bunch of different labels.
